Most of the time they hit the stains- even the hard to find ones. Workers are always courteous. If they can’t get it out they will leave a note on it to explain why they could not.
I took my white pants in to get a tough stain removed. The man with long hair told me he would use a chemical treatment to clean it. When I picked it up the next day, the stain was still there—no improvement at all. I told him it wasn’t cleaned, and he admitted they couldn’t remove it. I asked for a refund since the service wasn’t completed, but he refused and said, “We did the service; we don’t refund.” Very rude and unprofessional attitude.
