I have been attending beginner step classes here since the summer. They have been a blast. A great way to sweat and move my midlife bones. It’s been worth the once a week drive from Durham. I’m tempted to do more since the rest of their classes look equally as fun yet more challenging (I like to compete against myself - future me vs past me 💪🏾).
The step class was so fun. I love how the instructor showed us the moves before the song started to make us feel comfortable. Playing fun music was nice too. I am definitely adding the step class to my weekly schedule.
