Was gonna give a 5 star a while back, but when were the employees instructed to sell us on the subscription plan endlessly? I said three times, NO to the subscription. This little brat would not shut up and just let me pay for a wash and get through. Stop trying to sell me the subscription. I got there early and wanted to get through and I got jumped by 2 cars. The washes always come out great. I find it a little on the pricey side but I do feel the washes are a step above going thru a gas station car wash.
The website is nearly unusable. Membership prices are ridiculously expensive. Terrible customer service, rude employees and they don't hire people with tattoos. Wouldn't recommend.
usually pretty good but they often times close very early and it’s frustrating to ever know
