I have a membership but they never do anything about the trucks/cars with no membership sneaking in using the vaccums, sprays, & towels that are ONLY for members. I pay while those people don’t

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH…I have a mint condition classic vehicle that had a rear fender come off after going through the wash and they immediately denied the claim. What a disgrace and disgusting way to run a business. I would never treat my paying customers in this way.
