I came to this car wash and noticed that one of the staff members paused briefly while using the pressure washer, as if they had noticed something, but I didn’t have time to ask if there was an issue. When I exited the car wash, I realized that my front license plate was missing. I immediately informed the staff, and they were very kind and tried to help me look for it, but they couldn’t find it. Evelyn was so helpful. It was her first day and she was very knowledgeable, sweet and willing to help. Thanks for a great experience.
I feel really silly but I did not realize that after the initial 30 days it would continue to auto bill.... sometimes for $11, then later $22 and then once $10. These small amounts area easy to miss and they don't tell you it will auto bill when you sign up. You must call in to cancel and no refund eligibility.
