I wanted to purchase a single wash, I was told about membership, I politely said not thank you, just a single wash please. That turned into continued talk about membership, again I said no thank you. I explained that I’m sure this is part of your training but I am not interested, I only want a single wash, I then got asked to explain why, at this point I was getting frustrated, I said simply because I don’t want it, and again got asked to explain why.
