I just called to cancel a membership for my father who passed away 2 months ago and just saw the recurring charge on his credit card statement. Customer service cancelled the service, but would not refund his unused fees for this month or last. They didn't even say "Sorry for your loss." Maybe they provide a good car wash, but they are lacking in empathy, compassion, and doing the right thing.
Price is high, but my truck was clean and was faster than doing it myself.
