Beware once you cancel your membership they allow anyone to reopen your account without your permission. Even after you trade your car in someone went through the wash after we canceled the membership and had the cancellation in writing. They allowed other people to open the account without proof it was us!!! Go somewhere else!!!!! We will not use them ever again!!!! Then to get a supervisor on the phone is impossible to do.

Always a smooth, simple and fast visit and my car looks great. The monthly membership makes it easy. Highly suggest.
