I have an expensive model of my car and I went through this wash again and they are not guiding my wheel on the tracker which will cause my wheel to crack.. I’ve been monitoring being that I’m in law I will file a lawsuit against this company if my 2,000 wheel cracks
Took my car through the wash. I’ve used this location plenty of times without an issue—until this visit. The employee using the pressure washer put the nozzle right up against my bumper and blasted it hard enough to create a massive water bubble underneath the paint. The best part? He literally made a face when it happened because he knew exactly what he had just done. Employees were waiting for me when I came out of the wash. I immediately filed a claim. The car wash itself is nice but every time I come here the staff looks so pissed off that i’m there. This girl in specific genuinely shocked me because how in the hell does she still have a job there. I’ve never seen more eye rolling and yelling from someone in my life. I’ve been through this car wash probably 40 times and I know how it works so I feel like there’s no need to scream at my car to “get a move on” and then not even spray my car before I enter the car wash part.
