DO NOT GO HERE Hello! I am posting to hopefully prevent my fellow neighbors from the same issue. I ran my brand new truck after getting it ceramic coated( a couple of days prior) through Club Car Wash on 46 on Sunday morning. The car wash created various scratches on my truck that are consistent with the machinery. Club car wash is not accepting liability to this and has refused to even have someone come inspect my vehicle in person. Please reach out if you have had similar situation. Please take your business elsewhere.
Avoid this place if you care about your paint. My sister-in-law took her brand-new truck through this car wash and it came out with scratches all over the hood. After reading other reviews, this clearly isn’t an isolated incident. Their equipment is either damaged or not being maintained properly. To make it worse, their insurance company is known for denying claims, even when employees admit the machines caused the damage. She expected a simple wash, not damage to a new vehicle.
