I had one of the worst experiences at this location with an employee named Tabatha (if that is her real name). I paid for my car wash, and while going through, the cover for my driver-side mirror was ripped off by the equipment. When I pulled into the vacuum area to speak with someone, a young girl simply handed me the mirror cover, said “Here you go,” and walked away like it was no big deal.
