Club Car Wash is the worst!! I have had multiple scratches to my vehicle and I reported the damage to them, all they say is their car wash didn't do it and their not responsibly. My girlfriend vehicle had a piece ripped off and they said the same exact thing. Look up Club Car Wash on the better business bureau site and you'll see they have over 200 complaints. I have been a member for a little more than a year. Had good service for a few months then starting to notice I was not getting the mvp wash that I was paying for. The first time I thought maybe I was mistaken. But then it starting happening on a regular basis. I went in to tell them and they said to drive around. This doesn't make it right. This car wash its self is the best but the way this company treats its members is absolutely ridiculous. They truly do not care what they say, how they say it and how you feel. Customer service reps as well as supervisor are very dismissive. Their tones are cold and robotic. My suv was damaged during a wash because the machine had an issue they refused to even acknowledge that it was their machine even though 2 other vehicles had the same issue. I recently had a highly unpleasant experience with Car Wash Club, that has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. My car was very dirty and decided to try your car wash on New Years day. 3 guys sprayed while it entered. No smiles. Noticed brush material didn't go over the hood. When I arrived home the front end of my car was still dirty. Talked with a female about bringing car back was a busy afternoon for me. Took car back with receipt and male Mgr had an attitude.
