Left a foot long scratch on car.
I've been washing my car here for a long time, and when I took it through the car wash last week, these mice appeared. I filed a report and never got a response. Just an email saying that the report had been received. I think people need to face visible consequences so that they learn to take care of their customers.
No towels available, could not find anyone to help, 1 vacuum suction was half of the one on the opposite side of the car, I never got the tire or shine for the Elite package.
