I had to stop our memberships. The brushes are just too hard on our cars. Final decision came after running through the car wash for only the third time since getting a membership and I saw a plastic part from my roof go flying off in the dryer area. I went and picked it up. It broke a clip. One of the guys tried to help me and said it was good to go. But was still way to loose. It would have come off from going through again. Not going to use these car washes anymore. Back to the bucket.

If I could give zero star I would. I have been a member at this car wash for couple years. Last week I drove my SUV through the wash and when I came out the front frame of the grill came off and broke and is now costing me $3000 to replace as the whole grill has to be replaced . I Immediately filed a claim with their manager on duty only to receive a message from their “claim department” 2 days later that the frame came off due to prior gap existed between the frame and the hood ( sending me pictures from their cameras) . Was on the fence about joining on a membership, but my man David N really worked hard and educated me. Now I’m gonna sign up for the highest membership!
