This car wash its self is the best but the way this company treats its members is absolutely ridiculous. They truly do not care what they say, how they say it and how you feel. Customer service reps as well as supervisor are very dismissive. Their tones are cold and robotic. My suv was damaged during a wash because the machine had an issue they refused to even acknowledge that it was their machine even though 2 other vehicles had the same issue.
