I had an incredible experience at Club Car Wash thanks to two amazing team members who went above and beyond. They took the time to personally scrub out stubborn smudges on my car and even explained why they kept coming back—something no one had ever done before! They no longer have bottles of window cleaner because "people kept taking them". They now have a stand and you have to spray your rag down and keep going back to the stand. Ridiculous. Part of what you are paying for is the ability to clean your car out. I will will now have to do all the wiping out this evening to effectively get rid of all the milk dribbles from a baby/toddler. If I am going to be inconvienced by cleaning out my car at home I shouldn't be paying the same amount. Will definitely be canceling my subscription... read more
