I filled a claim with them... they offered NOTHING (no fee wash or one month free. Not a thing!). They told me "the cameras show enough space when entering so we aren't liable... you'll have to go through your own insurance" so.... raise my rates because you're too greedy to allow space? My car always comes out of the wash looking brand new, love how the tires come out looking as if the were hand washed! Best automatic car wash I’ve ever been through. Worth every penny.
