It was O.K. My car was extremely dirty, and this wash got it pretty clean. There was still some brake dust on the wheels and some water spots, but whatever. I could have towel dried it to avoid this, or selected a higher prices package. Taking off another star for their marketing tactics. Each wash package is named, (Rookie, Veteran, Pro) based on price.
