Theaura was the person who greeted me: pleasant, professional, personable. The wash got places on my truck that others don't (big plus). Stuck-on bugs weren't completely removed (haven't found any drive-thru carwashes that do without a little after-wash elbow grease). Good vacuums, clean towels, Windex-looking type spritz. High pressure sales to get you to upgrade to the membership. I’ve heard they make it impossible to cancel your membership and you have to call to do so. The guy gave me attitude when I declined. Be happy that people are even showing up and using you since the wash is sub par. For $15 there was still dirt all over my car. I will be going to arbor. There is no air pressure on the self serve air blowers either
Good for a car wash service but they have their issues. Do not get the tire package. It smears your tires with crap and they come out dirtier than when you went in.
Stopped by to get a basic $10 wash. Was informed by the friendly attendant that the basic wash doesn’t get the lower half of my car or tires, but I could upgrade to the VIP to get a full car wash for more $. Say what? Only half a car wash with the basic package? I declined and took my car not even a mile down the road to the next car wash that gave me a FULL car wash at the $10 basic package.
Do not trust. Canceled at the booth well before the 7 day notice that is required. Was still charged on my renewal date and called the number and was told they have a no refund policy and that the locations are not allowed to cancel memberships. Seems fraudulent to me and will be disputing on my credit card. Very convenient you can start a membership at a location but have to jump through hoops to cancel and cannot just talk to someone.
