Club refuses to cover any damages to vehicles even if they are at fault. Employees love to over load the car wash and not pay attention. Was in an accident 3 weeks ago and they are now refusing to pay or cover damages. Just another cash grab company that doesn’t care for the consumers.
Car always comes out clean. You can take you mats to the front to get them pressure washed. The price of the wash is great considering vacuums, rags and window cleaner is free. They even have air hoses to blast the had to reach places in your car.
One of the worst customer service departments. Incredibly rude and not helpful. Not to mention the service is overpriced, unless you wash your car every other day.
