We just went through this carwash in a 3 week old car and bumped the vehicle in front of us while in the carwash. It didn't even rinse the soap off of the car. We asked for a refund and all the kids would do was offer to send us back through. Either it isn't working correctly or they sent us in to soon behind the other car.
I went to wash my car and the employee told me that they don’t accept cash or Apple Pay and that they only accept bank cards I left got busy and came back four hours later There was a different employee so I asked him if they accept Apple Pay and he said yes In short I kindly request that the management of this place review their staff’s consistency in providing accurate information Also I suggest trying another place u might be better💯 This incident happened last week on Tuesday, and it was a female employee, not a male
The employees here are the best. They recognize my vehicle and wave every time. Excellent service!
