I went through. Staff was very pushy, all I wanted was a single wash. And I couldn’t even leave after I had enough. They had me trapped no easy exit. Cars behind me, I was forced to pay. Never coming back.
I gave Club Carwash a try and honestly regret it. I paid for one of their higher-tier washes, but my car still came out with dirt on the rims and streaks on the windows. The vacuums had weak suction, and the staff seemed more interested in chatting than actually helping customers. If you're looking for a quality car wash, skip Club and go to Glide Xpress instead. Their equipment is newer, the wash is actually thorough, and the vacuums actually work. Way better service overall — you’ll notice the difference immediately.
Not happy with this car wash. There were no interior or glass cleaning supplies, and only a single towel provided. On top of that, staff came around 15 minutes before closing and told me to move from the vacuum area, which felt very unprofessional. Poor experience overall.
I do not recommend Club Car Wash. I been a long time customer with a membership. Had damage to my vehicle in a area nothing else but the automatic wash could have done. Filed a claim and was denied.
