I called the Egan number to order a part. Got automatically rerouted to Atlanta where they have apparently decided to centralize. They mention something about customer experience. I hope I NEVER have to call them again. The epitome of thinking centralization is more important than someone who at least fundamentally understands the products they sell. Couldn't separate a vehicle serial number from a battery charger. Are you kidding me? I want Carl back!!!!!

We needed two 4 passenger carts for a couple of weeks to shuttle customers from one end of our building to the other during renovation. I went online found Superior Golf Cars and called. Trent was great to work with and within 3 hours had them professionally delivered to the dealership with a smile and friendly handshake from the driver. I'm impressed.
