We ordered two fried chicken sandwiches, but both received were undercooked with one still raw and cold on the inside. What we were told is that “happens here sometimes.” We got a refund. Service blamed the frier not getting hot enough, but it would seem more likely that the chicken did not thaw after being frozen.
