NO REFUNDS WHATSOEVER Bought three cables from Club Cannon. One cable I wanted to return due to intermittent connectivity. They put me through 20 questions then I finally said I just want to return the cable and get a refund. They sent me to their return policy which clearly states you're not getting any refund. I had a great experience with Club Cannon’s customer service. I noticed my hose connections were starting to rust, which was my own fault for not taking better care of them. Without me even asking, a rep offered to have me send back the hoses so they could put brand new connections on them, and the only cost to me was me shipping back .
