Lucy and Chris, the owners of Club Body Worx, are absolutely amazing. Their mums and bubs exercise classes are so well run — welcoming, supportive, and perfect for mothers getting back into exercise. The crèche is excellent and I always felt completely comfortable leaving my baby there. There’s such a good vibe throughout the gym, and you can tell how much care Lucy and Chris put into everything they do. My partner (who is now my husband) and I joined club bodyworx back in June 2023, looking for that extra push and feel our best before our wedding.
