i love this gym! i am finally able to bench press more than my body weight. all thanks to Jordon, my trainer :D
Love training with Gomes! Great positive vibes along with his professional advice. I made crazy improvements over the past year and went from one to two plates on the bench. Couldn’t be happier!
This gym is so much better than the McGill gym I used to go to!!! Litterally the best gym for anyone. Such a welcoming atmosphere.
Absolutely amazing gym. It’s quiet, central, and just extremely friendly. Not a pretentious place and has everything you needs, with a clean bathroom, clean facilities, and just a quiet space to work about and escape downtown. Especially well located for McGill students and staff
