Absolutely amazing gym. It’s quiet, central, and just extremely friendly. Not a pretentious place and has everything you needs, with a clean bathroom, clean facilities, and just a quiet space to work about and escape downtown. Especially well located for McGill students and staff

Great experience training at Sherbrooke Gym! Wayne was very welcoming and accommodating & gave us a tour of the gym. The machines were very easy to use and in good condition. I highly recommend trying out this gym if you are in the Montreal area.
