Shame that these greedy, wealthy people take over public waters and make them private. VR Acquisitions who owns Victory Ranch sadly supports this with no shame. Soon, more out-of-state wealthy developers will likely take over most of our public lands in Utah making it impossible for us to access, leaving it only to the elite. But hey, anything to make a profit, right? That's the most important thing. Ridiculous.
