My first visit I wasn't impressed I had Anne who was very nice. She said i have a muscle spasm in my right side of my neck. i was showed to do a couple of exercises and was given some exercises to do at home oh and use one hand exercise machine for 4 minutes... was told I needed to come back two to three times a week and at $25 a visit I don't think I can do that...
