We’ve had a wonderful move-in experience at The Club at Brookfield Hills! Courtney and her entire team, including Alissa, made our move-in incredibly smooth and thoughtful — we truly felt cared for. The maintenance team is top-notch in handling everything so promptly. Couldn’t have asked for a better start in our new home!
I lived here for 2 years. My rent started at $1,600, then increased to $1,800 the second year. When I tried to renew for the third year, they raised it to $2,000. That was too much for me, so I had to move out. Later, I found out they listed the same apartment for $1,600 and rented it at that price. My wife and I lived in the lofts starting at the end of the pandemic for four years. Always responsive with fixing issues and accommodating. Great location and access to 94 to quickly get to Milwaukee or Madison.
We have been living in the terrace unit of this Brookfield Hills appartment since more than a year and the experience has been quite good. The location of this appartment is great and plenty of accessibility to everything. The leasing office members are really available & responsive and especially Lindsay Lander was very helpful with seamless club house booking and different maintainance requests.
