We’ve had a wonderful move-in experience at The Club at Brookfield Hills! Courtney and her entire team, including Alissa, made our move-in incredibly smooth and thoughtful — we truly felt cared for. The maintenance team is top-notch in handling everything so promptly. Couldn’t have asked for a better start in our new home!
I lived here for 2 years. My rent started at $1,600, then increased to $1,800 the second year. When I tried to renew for the third year, they raised it to $2,000. That was too much for me, so I had to move out. Later, I found out they listed the same apartment for $1,600 and rented it at that price.
