I am on the lease, but I don't actually live here full-time. My sibling and I help care for our parent, so being on the lease makes it easier to avoid any lease concerns/violations and communicate with the office when needed. Our leasing experience started with Corrin, and since moving in around February/March, I've primarily worked with Lilly whenever I stop by the office (usually about once a month 🫣 sorry Lilly!). My partner and I lived at the Club at Brookfield Hills for 3 years. There are a lot of great things about living here. Pros: -Office and maintenance response time is quick, and all of our interactions with the staff have been positive. -Location is close by a lot of restaurants and stores. My husband and I moved here between selling one house and buying another. We found the apt we wanted online, and due to the amount of time we had to move out, we needed to ensure we'd have a place to go asap.
