Staff is excellent, very supportive and encouraging. Owners actually onsite. Newly remodeled with plenty of equipment to choose from. Bob Christie happy customer!
This is a great place to workout. The facility is very clean, well taken care of, and the staff is kind. I love the new ladies locker room! :)
I've been going here for a few months now and like that it has a women's only section and a locker room with sauna. They are building a brand new locker room area. I wish machine #13 was fixed in the women's section. I've asked for several months for it ot be fixed and a few other ladies would love this one to be fixed :). They have a ton of classes on their Facebook page that you can take as being a member also. I want to try the juice bar sometime but I never see anyone else there so I'm scared to go over there!
