I went last Thursday around 3 to sign up and talk to staff and get a tour. Stood inside for about five minutes and no one came so I scanned the QR code and joined for a year. My wife and I have been at workout anytime on Smithville since it opened and moved close to this gym so decided to switch. Went today for the first time and was pretty disappointed with the cleanliness and state of equipment. Almost all the machines need new pads. Great staff. Horrible ownership. Clearly doesn't care about members. Equipment is broken down for months. Dumbbells are falling apart. The floor is uneven in spots. There isn't enough bars, cables, and such so you have to search for them every visit. It's dirty with limited cleaning supplies. It reminds me of LA Fitness. Just a bigger, more open workout area. Would not recommend.

My wife and I joined together last summer and it’s honestly become one of our favorite shared activities. The classes are energetic and instructors know how to keep everyone involved. Parking fills up fast after 7 pm, but inside the gym things still stay fairly organized despite the crowd.
