Tamas and Jan are exceptionally professional and well-educated personal trainers who super passionate about helping their clients get in better shape, increase energy and feel stronger despite their limitations! The best, most fun and supportive environment, never a dull moment at Club40fied! 5+ stars! Highly recommend!
Great personal training, Tamas really knows his stuff. I wanted a different approach towards my strength training and needed someone that is knowledgeable about people with chronic conditions so I can continue to do all the things I love and lead an active lifestyle for many more years to come.
I had shoulder pain and was scared of exercising, when I came across Tamas and his trainers they put on a training program that sorted and strengthened my shoulder and feeling great again
