SIGN YOUR CANCELLATIONS FORM. This company has shady business practices, multiple times i’ve asked wether i had to do anything to cancel my year contract, i’ve received no’s from 3 separate locations, last time i asked was a month before my annual contract ended. Yesterday i received a charge for a month to month contract, i then called multiple locations and got 3 different answers from 3 different employees. I have a club 24 member for a couple of years now and recently I've seen more and more high schoolers come in a wave of 5 or 6 at a time. One opening the door and letting the others in and just coming in to cause a ruckus from taking over 3 machine at a time just for sitting down being on their phones craking jokes and make fun of other gym members to slamming weights and yelling across the gym to 1 another.
