This is the worst customer service team I’ve encountered in all my years of going to the gym. They are annoying! Even with my membership badge right in my hand, I had to step out into the cold just to scan it because this place’s policy is ridiculous. Their membership system is absurd. Instead of making things easier—especially for people who travel for work, like me—they do it the hardest way possible (requiring 30 days' notice and a cancellation form).
