I just finished my year contract with these guys and Im really disappointed with their contract terms. AFTER my contract has ended they will not stop charging me unless I come in person! I must also say the equipment leaves much to be desired. I have ruined multiple shirts because they glue grips back on that start to fail. Frayed cables, bent barbells and other equipment shortcomings. The bathroom smells like urine and things like stalls changing rooms and showers have a very second hand vibes. This gym is fantastic. I love all the amenities it comes with which make it a wonderful selection. The gym is always clean and organized. The staff are amazing and the atmosphere is wonderful!
Terrible atmosphere in a broken down abandoned old school. Filthy restrooms! Half of the treadmills & machines don’t work! Really bad customer service with no one in attendance most of the time. They refuse to let me cancel my membership over the phone or online, and insist I must come in, even after explaining I have no car at this time, they don’t care and continue to bill me for something I’m not using and refuse to close my account!! NOT recommended at all!! It’s a rip off! Don’t waste your time or money!
