We purchsed this place cash a year ago and one of the amentities that influenced us was that pool and hot tub. The ladder in the pool broke earlier this year by the maintainence crew or someone who works there and it took them months to get it replaced and the board quoted it as "backordered" although it is a common ladder than could have easily been purchased at numerous places but they went with a vendor who had to backorder it.
