This has got to be the best gym in Fort Lauderdale. It is always clean, amenities are great, and there is a wide variety of machines/space. Ownership will take care of you as well! After training across numerous gyms around the country this has to be my favorite

Great gym. I’ve never had to wait for a piece of equipment, and they have some pretty impressive functional fitness and jungle gym setup with a bunch of sport specific equipment that I haven’t really seen it other places. Smart looking locker rooms.
Great gym and great people. I’ve been to virtually every gym in Fort Lauderdale and this is the best one. What stands out is the variety of progressive equipment, the space (it’s impossible to feel crowded here), the cleanliness, and a staff that really cares. They are passionate but not in your face about it.
Love Club 110 Gym!! As the saying goes, Always Clean and Never Crowded is 100% accurate! There is never a wait to use a machine and there is ample room to train using free weights and kettlebells. There really is something for everyone at this gym. The bathrooms are immaculate and carry convenient amenities like blow dryers, etc. Bill the owner is so nice and knowledgeable and offers personal training services along with Matt.
