The Studio offers over 20 group fitness classes weekly, featuring Spin, TRX, Boot Camp, Barre and Strength with awesome trainers Rosie, Ana, Julee, Mary, and Sherri. You can purchase your studio membership online through our website to get started taking group fitness classes.

This gym is amazing! Great atmosphere and not overwhelming.
Amazing gym and incredible management. I’ve been to gyms all over the country from $15/month to $300/month gyms and everything in between. This gym is extremely unique and the equipment is solid. They keep it very clean and organized!
