Very poor quality and support is almost impossible to get. This company goes after quantity instead of quality. Avoid!
We had a shared fence with our neighbours installed by Ideal Fence Ottawa crews last fall. After an initial online quote for the job, their salesperson Brandon came out to inspect the site. I wish I could give zero stars. This experience has been a nightmare. They have rescheduled our install time and time again. It’s now been over a month since our original install date, and today they cancelled again 30 minutes before they were supposed to arrive. As of today their head office is closed for the holidays. And they have still not given me a new date for installation. As soon as I gave them a deposit, they stopped returning my calls or answering my emails.
