I have used CLT Improvements several times in the past year. But the first time was in 2018. I was impressed with the job they did and the crew. This was the reason I called them when I needed gutter guards in 2025. They did a great job again. I called them also to add some siding finish trim around by deck. They have always been dependable and quick to respond.
I am the VP of our HOA and have been heavily involved in the maintenance of our 12 building condominium complex for many years. We have had CLT Improvements as our exterior maintenance company for at least 9 years and they have never let us down. That is really saying something. It is always a pleasure to work with Denise. She proactively found a very good sub-contractor for the initial job that was out of the scope of CLT Improvements. She then seamlessly coordinated to have the CLT Improvements team follow with the finish work. My roof looks great and is no longer leaking.
I’ve worked with CLT Improvements on several occasions. They have top notch crews and their work is done right the first time. As well when I brought to Denise & Carl’s attention that I had water damage the repairs were done with high priority. I fully recommend their services.
