Stuck on a Saturday with a leaking washer. Found CLT Appliance Repair online, read the reviews on BBB, messaged them online with immediate response. ******* arrived in a short while, diagnosed the problem and corrected it. Then checked it over again and ran a short cycle with no leaks. Done quickly and correctly in a short time. Happy to say that ******* was perfect, and we'll use him in the future.

**** was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns. He was on time and very efficient. Also, I had an injured back, and he offered to put a very heavy load of my laundry in the washer to help me. My washer is running perfectly now, and my dryer is doing a better job than before. Alex, the technician, is very dependable and professional - he does a good job, he lets you know when he’s 20 minutes away after the company lets you know the day he is coming / he keeps his promises and is informative - informs you of future prevention of appliance care - and is totally respectful of your home and appliance and Covid requirements (mask) he wants you to wear a mask as well - he even wears shoe covers - glad I went through the BBB

Rad was awesome! He came to my home to fix my washing machine. He was very knowledgeable about my Samsung washer it took him no time to figure out the what the problem was and how to fix it! I would recommend him to anyone that lives in the Charlotte area I will definitely be using him again in the future!
