Lois Chen, une perle. Vraiment c’est rafraîchissant et donne de l’espoir que l’on aura du service de qualité avec la relève en médecine. Bonne écoute, va aux fonds du problème, cherche des solutions. Elle nécessite pas à demander assistance de ses collègues. Pas une attitude de «je sais tout». Excellent suivi. Toute la famille est contente de la découvrir. Ca efface nos 20 ans de mauvais service en médecine générale.

This was my first time visiting this office and it was a very pleasant experience. The women working the reception counter were warm and helpful, as was my nurse practitioner. She also made sure that any other exams that were due were completed which was a relief since I forgot to mention them in the initial appointment booking.
