Got here needing stitches at 17:18, ghost town, no one here, apparently on break till 18:00! We waited. When the receptionist came back, she said capacity is full and refused for someone to assess the wound. The whole clinic was empty. There was no one there. They still didn’t provide the service.

C'est un endroit où l'on se sent bien accueilli dès notre arrivée, malgré un local qui pourrait bénéficier d'un rafraîchissement. Ce qui brille véritablement, c'est la chaleur et le dévouement du personnel. Les infirmières sont d'une gentillesse remarquable et prennent véritablement leurs patients à cœur, ce qui est extrêmement rassurant. J'apprécie particulièrement la disponibilité pour des services essentiels comme les vaccinations et les rendez-vous de suivi du développement de bébé. Personnel accueillant et respectueux. J’ai visité pour un renouvellement de carte d’assurance maladie et j’ai été servie dès mon arrivée.

Anglo here. Had to obtain my official Quebec health card, and had a very easy time. I was afraid from the reviews but I walked in at around 10am, and they were able to help me out minutes. Didn’t have to wait, and they helped me en anglais. Just wanted to share as my experience differs from others experience.
