I had an appointment at this local CLSC Kateri for blood test, I showed up 20 minutes before my appointment. There was absolutely no waiting, there was only one person in front of me, within couple of minutes they called up my number and I was served. then the lady told me to go directly to the blood test room, I was done in 10 minutes. The whole process took me less than 15 minutes. I'm amazed, extremely fast and very professional service. The staff are extremely professional and polite and efficient.
