Absolutely the worst service you can receive from a Pediatric department. The people at the reception are the worst and have 0 empathy or understanding. You guys need to get better people at the front.

I’ve been here at least 3 times (all with appointments) for myself and my baby and each encounter was great. The nurses were kind and attentive to my baby, and Dr. Rizzuto was especially friendly and re-assuring during my first pregnancy. Receptionists were always nice and respectful over the phone. I do not have a family doctor but am very happy to be serviced by the staff here.
