I came in for a routine blood test. I have very visible veins, and I rarely have issues with blood draws. Despite that, the first technician made multiple unsuccessful attempts in both of my arms. The repeated needle sticks were extremely painful, and I nearly passed out. My arms are still very sore afterward. Thankfully, another technician named Isabelle took over. Je m'y suis rendu pour une prise de sang. Tout le personnel était très aimable et les locaux étaient en excellent état. Je suis arrivé quinze minutes à l'avance, je me suis enregistré après avoir pris un numéro d'attente et j'ai attendu mon tour. On m'a fait une prise de sang et je suis reparti cinq minutes avant l'heure prévue !!! J'ai été impressionné par l'excellente qualité de l'accueil.
