Very unprofessional disgusting they don’t care about how you feel they ignore you. The social worker there said she would call me back to tell me what service would be good for me and she never called back her vacation was more important. Do not go there if you already have health issues they will make it worse.
Sadly, they don’t know what they’re doing here. I came in for an iron IV that I was told would take 120 mins, I’m still here 4h later because the nurse didn’t know how to calibrate the volume of the drip. A person next to me had an allergic reaction to the solution and 10+ people flocked in to “help” loudly discussing all of their observations during and long after an ambulance came and picked her up. Astonishingly unprofessional.
some old nurse who barely speaks english was very rude to me. She only preferred to speak french which is fine but hey it’s still canada you should be able to speak english . Anyways, She was super rude to me and gave me a lot of attitude because i told them im moving away from quebec and needed a certain vaccine which she didn’t want to give me. She needs an attitude change and frankly to take english classes cuz why are you slow in english
