For a clsc that takes care of handicapped people this place does not use intercom system to call out people's appointments if your deaf there is no signal or number given to client who can't hears their appointment being called. 2 different receptions and no clear sighn which is which. Also if your late no need to make another appointment they are glad to let everyone else's day be put back. Reception was not helpful at all when theses issues were brought up.
