To the Management of the CLSC in LaSalle, I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the behavior of a receptionist at your facility—specifically the one working at counter number 2. In all my experiences, I have never encountered someone in a customer service position treating people with such a lack of courtesy and professionalism. Bad people at the reception. Impolite, impatient, they argue with you about your appointment, then they verify and find it in their computer. they don't want to work.
Just the worst telephone service ever !!! Everyone is rude !!! I’m shocked 😑 if you don’t like your job / can’t do it properly quit!! Customer service -10.
One of the social workers there is very kind and helpful. She spoke English and she was very patient with me. God Bless her. The receptionist was kind too. She is bilingual in English and French. At the end of the session and assessment she was kind and helpful and I feel hopeful that God can help me achieve better and I pray that it works out in Lesus’s name. God Bless you all.
