The lady on the phone was honestly so rude. September 9th 2026 at 11:40 am hopefully you’ll know who was working that day. Did not answer all of my questions speaking to me as if I was less than her and then HUNG UP ON ME.

So rude staff to talk to. I went there and yhe lady at reception had no idea whats the process for a slight diffrent case. When i called them next day to confirm the process, the lady if other side if call was superrrrr rudeeeee.
