C’est ma première fois pour la prise de sang! Je crois avoir compris pourquoi il est si difficile d'obtenir des soins médicaux au Québec。
J'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience pour une prise de sang. Les personnes qui m'ont servi semblaient très irritées. Aucune patience. J'ai posé une question à l'infirmière à la fin de la séance et elle m'a répondu, avec beaucoup de condescendence, "Je l'ai déjà dit". Pour les bonnes manières, on repassera. Je ne remettrai plus les pieds dans ce CLSC.
