The social worker was quite rude when I called to inquire about some information. She abruptly informed me that the file was no longer her responsibility and that I should no longer contact her. I understand that they have a heavy workload but are we no longer allowed to reach out to these public services for assistance? I am deeply disappointed with the worker’s behaviour and if this is how they treat clients, they should not be working with the public!
I went there and because of them I can't get pregnant me and mu husband wants kids and I don't know what to do
The guy at the reception desk was very rude and dismissive. Why work in this industry if you cannot be compassionate? Please put him in the back to sort mail or something not involving contact with vulnerable people.
Je tiens à exprimer ma gratitude pour le service exceptionnel que j'ai reçu aujourd'hui au CLSC Lachine pour le renouvellement de la carte d'assurance maladie a mon frere. Nous sommes arrivés vers 18h15, et malgré l'heure tardive, la personne a l'accueil a été incroyablement accueillante, professionnele, et efficace. La procédure s'est déroulée de manière fluide, sans aucune attente. Je recommande vivement ce CLSC pour leur service rapide et courtois. Merci encore à toute l'équipe pour leur excellent travail!
THIS DESEVES A ZERO STAR.....NO SERVICE AND THE SOCIAL WORKER WHO CALLS US ''FRIENDD''INSTEAD OF MR. MRS, MS WHATEVER NO HELP AT ALL. AM 82 YRS OLD AND ONLY WANTED COMPRESSION STOCKINGS PUT ON.....THEY REFUSED AND SAID I WAS AUTONOMOUS.....WHAT A JOKE, ARTHRITIS IN HANDS, HIP AND RIGHT FOOT AND NOW AWAITING SURGERY , THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO REFUSE ME THIS ONE LITTLE TASK.
