Je ne sais pas comment sont les services une fois qu’on a réussi à les rejoindre mais les rejoindre est comme faire les douze travaux d’Asterix - apres plusieurs transferts et de longues minutes - alors que vous pensez que vous allez finalement rejoindre quelqu’un vous tombez sur un répondeur qui n’enregistre pas les messages !!
I read some of the reviews and find some of them ridiculous. Anyways, I needed to get my Qc health card. I came to this office and received a 5 star service. It was timely, it was professional, since I unfortunately do not speak French the lady spoke English to me and made me feel at home she was just lovely. So all of you easily triggered "reviewers" should take a chill pill, this place is good and provide valuable services to its community.

Extremely helpful, patient and professional. The woman at the front desk informed me my photo for my health card was too small, but directed me to the closest pharmacy (Jean Coutu past the Alonzo Wright bridge). Thanks again!
