Giving two stars because I used to really enjoy this clinic but now after two endocrinologists with rude staff and lack of professionalism I’m officially done with this entire practice. Dr Enakuaa and her nurse will talk over you if there is a complaint against their methods, never mind that a simple step that was missed on their end could have resolved the headaches. Would not recommend.
Dr. Enukauu - the endocrinologist I saw on Monday - is AWESOME! I have many issues & multiple illnesses that make me a problem patient EVERYWHERE I go. She helped me resolve a medication issue I've had for OVER 11yrs! I feel confident in her managing my diet controlled diabetes & Hashimoto's thyroiditis. I HIGHLY recommend her! For people seeing the one star review I can say EVERYONE I dealt with was professional, courteous & very proactive in my care. I saw Shelia Reagan Tedford and she was awesome. Finally a doctor who actually listened and cares about patients and values what you have to say about your body.
My wife recently starting seeing Dr. Souad Enakuaa after being referred to a Endocrinologist by her GI doctor. This doctor and her staff have been, rude, nasty, dismissive among corrupt. They tried to diagnose my wife as nothing wrong with her, try to blame her symptoms on mentapause before her lab work even came back. They have since been extorting us for money to give us the lab results after we paid for doctors visit and again paid for lab work SHE is running a racquet and also endangered my wife's health.
