I had been seeing the Methodist in the medical center for years. Due to traffic I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Ahmed Morsy. First thing is when you do self check in it gives you an option how to pay your office visit which is false. I checked pay later because I have a pending claim from a hospitalization that will cover all my out of pocket deductible. The insurance explained and they wouldn't see me until I paid the $58.00. Super kind office staff, very knowledgeable nursing staff, and Dr Morsey is amazing. He took the time to listen to me and he believed me. Please if you are having issues that relate to Rheumatology check out CLS. You can get your blood work and X-Rays done the same day in the same building. Thank you to all the staff at CLS Rheumatology.

My rheumatoid dr., DR. NASER ELKALALI, is the best...he doesn't force any meds on you, he's very understanding and works with you/listens to you. He really tries hard to figure out what works for you, he doesn't give up, b/c I have had some meds that I felt didnt work for me with another rhemu. dr, but...thanks to him, I finally got a double dose of Placquenil that really works....even though I still hurt some when walking a long stretch, it works better for me, I use to almost cry with this pain....Dr Elkalali is best/my fa... read more

Was supposed to have a phone call appointment twice now and nobody has ever called me to do this. I called them and they said they didn’t call because I don’t have insurance, which I do, and even still you don’t just not call at all. They rescheduled me and never called for that phone appointment either.
